When we first began, Jalpaan was simply a dream, an idea we never imagined would be so successful. It started as a joke at the beginning, with a name that every restaurant provides, yet none like ours.
Many years later Jalpaan has become one of the fastest growing restaurant chains, and I would like to thank each and every one of our customers without whom this would not have been possible. Your continuous dedication has kept us inspired with a flame in our hearts to satisfy each customer that walks through our doors. The days might be tiring, yet they excite us to no end, to pursue the art of pure vegetarian Indian cuisine and push forward with the blend of authenticity and modern cooking to give you nothing, but a plate you'll never forget.
